In today's world of fake news, please take the time to check the facts

Fellow SPs, In today's world of fake news, we should all take the time to check the facts.  Some residents are being asked to sign the CSA with the assurance that the Reserve Price will go up to $1.1B. So we wanted to advise our fellow SPs of the following: 1. Please ask to see any change in Reserve Price written in the CSA before you sign.  Preferably ask the lawyers from Lee & Lee to confirm. Signing the CSA is a really big decision, please do not do it based on verbal promises that can easily be denied later. 2. Please do not sign the CSA until you as the SP have all the information you need to make the best choice for you and your family. This is a really big decision that could materially affect the rest of your life.  3. This post is addressed to fellow SPs -  who have decided not to sign the CSA till all their concerns/ doubts/ dilemmas are addressed, whether it relates to - comparable replacement property options with clearly bullish property price trends or impact of SSD for effected SPs and/or  whether all factors and possibilities to increase reserve price are exhaustively explored, pursued and followed up and/or  whether all relevant information, research/ fact based property market data is made available, so that SPs can make more informed decision (as against only selective information shared by CSC and Huttons, to rush the enbloc process) and/or whether fine prints in CSA , (impact of which SPs with limited legal insights may not be aware of) are explained in details and/or any other issue which needs proper addressing.
