Fellow SPs,

 In today's world of fake news, we should all take the time to check the facts. 

 Some residents are being asked to sign the CSA with the assurance that the Reserve Price will go up to $1.1B. So we wanted to advise our fellow SPs of the following:

 1. Please ask to see any change in Reserve Price written in the CSA before you sign.  Preferably ask the lawyers from Lee & Lee to confirm. Signing the CSA is a really big decision, please do not do it based on verbal promises that can easily be denied later.

 2. Please do not sign the CSA until you as the SP have all the information you need to make the best choice for you and your family. This is a really big decision that could materially affect the rest of your life. 

 3. We believe the current Reserve Price is too low. Please join us at the next Tea & Info Session to learn more:

  EOGM on Feb 28, 2021 Contribution from one of the fellow owners of Teresa Ville Dear Fellow owners of Teresa Ville, Like many of you, I attended zoom EOGM on Sunday, February 28, 2021. I would like to share some of my reflections and observations. 1.       Unproductively long Meeting and Leaving things to the Last day :   While the meeting was well organized with almost no technical glitch, it went on for too long (5 + hours ). Some owners proposed amendments to the fee structure and terms of Collective Sale Agreement (CSA), but the CSC chairman refused to adopt any of the suggestions and proposals from the owners. It would have saved our time, if the CSC chairman could have clarified in his opening remarks, that since Feb 28, 2021 was the last date of the mandate of Collective Sales Committee, there was no time and scope to make any amendments to the CSA, and the engagement of the property agent and law firm.
