Considering signing the CSA? Wait till you hear the experts share important insights in next Tea & Info session !


This post is addressed to fellow SPs -  who have decided not to sign the CSA till all their concerns/ doubts/ dilemmas are addressed, whether it relates to -

  • comparable replacement property options with clearly bullish property price trends or
  • impact of SSD for effected SPs and/or 
  • whether all factors and possibilities to increase reserve price are exhaustively explored, pursued and followed up and/or 
  • whether all relevant information, research/ fact based property market data is made available, so that SPs can make more informed decision (as against only selective information shared by CSC and Huttons, to rush the enbloc process) and/or
  • whether fine prints in CSA, (impact of which SPs with limited legal insights may not be aware of) are explained in details and/or any other issue which needs proper addressing.
Please look at new posts on this blog for Date, Time, Venue and Agenda of next Tea & Info session organized by like minded fellow SPs in about 2 weeks time. After a full house of very informative first session, fellow SPs with time proven expertise in property segments shall share key insights and discuss ways to address above mentioned concerns in next Tea & Info session later this month.

Please do not get influenced by selective / incomplete information or rumors which are intended to push and rush SPs to sign the CSA. Listen to the experts, who are not motivated by any fee (unlike Huttons, whose agenda is to use all possible tactics to rush and push the enbloc sales, so that they can collect their fee) neither they are desperate for cash to sell their apartment at a price which shall not buy them a comparable property and some profit after all renovation and costs of disruption.
