Who is on the shortlist for Marketing Agent and Solicitor?
Post submitted by a fellow SP:
On 15th October, we as SPs will
have to vote and appoint the Marketing Agent and Solicitor for the collective
sale of Teresa Ville.
As an SP, it is in our best interest to
read up on the candidates and make a decision that will allow us to get the
best price for the collective sale.
At the 3rd CSC meeting, as
recorded in the minutes, the CSC has decided to NOT provide information on the
short-listed marketing agent and law firm candidates.
Despite sending emails to the CSC for
contact information and the shortlist via the Management Office on 14th
Sep and 24th Sep 2017 respectively, there has still been no reply
from them.
Dear fellow SPs: If you are interested in
the information, you can send the email below to the management office
(info@teresaville.com) and ask them to forward it to the Collective Sales
Committee.
Once the information becomes available, it
will be submitted to this blog.
Its very unfair that CSC decided not to share information on shortlisted candidates before EOGM, which would have given sufficient time for SPs to evaluate their merit and vote accordingly. Without prior details, SPs shall be pushed to make a decision at a short notice during the EOGM. What are they hiding and why? SPs expected full transparency from CSC. This action did not help to build the trust. In any case there must be an option to vote for "None of the Above", if SPs were not able to make a well informed decision without a pre-read about the shortlisted candidates or if they didn't approve any one from the shortlist. Hopefully members of CSC read this post and act responsibly.
