Learning from last En-Bloc attempt for Teresa Ville.. 10 years back.

Please have a quick look at the key learning from experience of last En-Bloc attempt in 2007/2008, which was stalled mid way due to diminished interest of developers in the backdrop of global financial meltdown. This presentation is compiled by some of the members who served in Sales Committee then and is intended to give key insights to fellow SPs as well as few tips/advice to newly formed Sales Committee, based on their individual observations.

  EOGM on Feb 28, 2021 Contribution from one of the fellow owners of Teresa Ville Dear Fellow owners of Teresa Ville, Like many of you, I attended zoom EOGM on Sunday, February 28, 2021. I would like to share some of my reflections and observations. 1.       Unproductively long Meeting and Leaving things to the Last day :   While the meeting was well organized with almost no technical glitch, it went on for too long (5 + hours ). Some owners proposed amendments to the fee structure and terms of Collective Sale Agreement (CSA), but the CSC chairman refused to adopt any of the suggestions and proposals from the owners. It would have saved our time, if the CSC chairman could have clarified in his opening remarks, that since Feb 28, 2021 was the last date of the mandate of Collective Sales Committee, there was no time and scope to make any amendments to the CSA, and the engagement of the property agent and law firm.
